耗散结构下轨道交通司机胜任力 熵变机理研究

摘    要:为确保轨道交通运输安全,针对当前国内的轨道交通运行环境,从基础素质、 个性特征、专业能力与专业知识四个维度出发,构建轨道交通司机胜任力模型;同时, 将熵变理论与耗散结构理论应用于轨道交通司机胜任力研究领域,建立由结构熵、有 序性熵和环境熵组成的轨道交通司机胜任力熵函数,以合理评价轨道交通司机的岗位 胜任力,为其工作安全性评价和日常管理提供科学依据;最后,结合轨道交通司机胜任 力的实际统计数据,计算出胜任力系统的熵函数值,充分验证了模型及计算方法的有 效性和可靠性.研究结果显示,轨道交通司机胜任力模型的有序度越高,其熵函数值越 低,反之亦然.

Abstract:To improve the safety of rail transit, this paper develops a competence model of rail transit driv- ers contains basic quality, personality characteristic, professional competence and professional knowledge considering the rail transit system of China. The Entropy Change Mechanism and Dissipative Structure theo- ry are used to construct the competent entropy function, which consists of the structure entropy, order degree entropy and environment entropy. The competent entropy function is able to estimate the positional compe- tence of rail transit drivers scientifically and provides a scientific basis to the safety evaluation and the man- agement of their daily work. Moreover, the empirical data is applied to calculate the entropy of the system and proves that the model and the proposed method are effective and reliable.The research findings indicate that the higher of the rail transit drivers order degree is, the lower of entropy function value is, and vice versa.
