摘    要:介绍以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)的分析思路及方法,并以无锡地铁2号线地铁车辆转向架系统为例进行RCM分析,根据各模块的功能进行子系统划分,通过选取故障模块的样本进行筛选、分析,根据RCM理论,对转向架系统进行量化的分析研究,将各模块的故障模式标准化。针对故障模式进行原因分析,制定解决措施,划分故障等级,并对故障最终影响进行评估。在此基础上提出转向架系统的维修优化策略,并对维修策略结果进行验证,为转向架系统维修提供决策参考。

Abstract:This article describes the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis of ideas and methods, and Wuxi Metro Line 2 metro vehicle bogie system as an example of the RCM analysis. According to the function of each module of subsystem division. By selecting module fault sample screening, analysis, according to the theory of RCM and the steering rack system for quantitative analysis, the standard fault pattern of each module, the failure mode analysis of the causes, to develop solutions, dividing the grades of the fault and the fault ultimately affect was assessed. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the maintenance optimization strategy of the bogie system, and verifies the results of the maintenance strategy, which provides reference for decision making.
