以可靠性为中心的维修在地铁车辆转向架系统中的应用

介绍以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)的分析思路及方法,并以无锡地铁2号线地铁车辆转向架系统为例进行RCM分析,根据各模块的功能进行子系统划分,通过选取故障模块的样本进行筛选、分析,根据RCM理论,对转向架系统进行量化的分析研究,将各模块的故障模式标准化。针对故障模式进行原因分析,制定解决措施,划分故障等级,并对故障最终影响进行评估。在此基础上提出转向架系统的维修优化策略,并对维修策略结果进行验证,为转向架系统维修提供决策参考。
