无锡地铁工程建设反馈分析的探索与实践

结合无锡地铁存在的设计功能匹配度不够、使用不便和设备设施性能冗余等问题,按照专业类别、产生时段和区域位置对地铁工程进行收集、整理、处理、分析和总结。重点讨论各类站点与车辆基地的问题分析成果,全面讲述无锡地铁集团推行建设和运营维护反馈分析(简称"回头看")的探索与实践,总结地铁建设应予以强化落实的管理环节,最后指出无锡地铁"回头看"应进一步研究方向和任务。

Exploring and Practice for Engineering retroaction of Wuxi Metro

Relevant data on professional category, generation time and area location have been collected, sorted out, proceeded, analyzed and summarized considering the problems of design function matching is not enough ,inconvenient, and equipment & facilities is redundant in Wuxi Metro. The analysis results on all kinds of subway station and vehicle base were discussed in detail. The management exploration and practice on the measurement of looking back in Wuxi Metro Group were introduced comprehensively. And an important conclusion can be drawn that much attention should be paid on strengthen the implementation of management processes in subway construction. Lastly, the further research should be extended to concealed engineering and technical system in the activity of looking back in Wuxi Metro.
