| 摘 要： | 宝钢抓斗卸船机所用钢丝绳梨形绳套国产化，采用精密铸造高锰钢工艺加工，进一步优化产品检验标准，保证了产品性能，在使用中运用精细管理，摸索出了一套新的管理办法和标准，梨形绳套的使用寿命比进口件长。
