基于ECDIS的舟山港溢油信息系统研制

摘    要:随着舟山港油轮运输的不断增加,溢油风险事故的发生越来越大。为了避免污染带来的损失,溢油轨迹预报显得非常重要。本文利用舟山海域环境动力场的预报方法获取比较准确的环境条件,应用溢油模型,结合海区的环境场模拟溢油的运动轨迹,并在电子海图上实现了溢油信息的可视化。

Abstract:With the tanker transport increasing in Zhou Shan harbor, the risk of spilled oil is becoming huge. In order to avoid losses caused by pollution, oil spilled trajectory forecast is very important. This paper obtainsr accurate environmental conditions by making use of the forecast method of environment dynamic field, realizes visualization of the oil spilled information in the electronic chart through the application of spilled model in combination of simulation oil spilled trajectory .
