论启动单独招生考试后高职院校面临的问题

本文陈述了湖北省启动单独招生考试以来高职院校因单招生的出现而产生的一些问题。主要体现在三个方面：其一，由于单招学生知识能力与高考统招生之间的差异导致的教学和心理不平衡；其二，我省单招考试实行初期，学校举措中管理不完善；其三，传统的教育观念导致高职院校师生对单招学生的认识偏见问题。本文期望通过这些问题的提出，让参与单招的高职院校在各个方面尽快完善对单招生的培养体系，为同样通过公平竞争入学的单招生创造一个平等和谐的学习环境，也期望借此让社会各方面能客观全面地认识单独招生这一招生体系。

Problems Confronted by Higher Vocational Colleges since Independent Recruitment Starts in Hubei Province

The article presented the three main problems the concerned higher institutions have to face since the independent recruitment was started in Hubei Province. The first is teaching and mental disbalance between the independent-recruited students and the ones enrolled in the National Exam caused by the different levels in literacy courses, professional theory courses and practice courses; the second is imperfect sets of management for the independent-recruited students; the third is the staff＇s prejudice of recognition to the independent-recruited students imposed by people＇s attitude to the traditional education system. The problems were presented to speed the concerned institutions in perfecting the independent re- cruitment system, creating a fair and harmonious environment for the independent-recruited students and to let the whole society take the independent recruitment system all around.
