基于灰关联分析的阻燃剂选择

该文针对阻燃剂品种多、试验量繁多等特点,提出正交试验方案;针对阻燃改性效果多评价指标及多影响因素的问题,引入灰关联分析法计算出各指标在评价改性效果中所占的比例。试验结果表明:正交试验与灰关联分析相结合能确定出影响因素主次顺序及最优方案,为综合评价阻燃改性沥青技术性能提供理论依据,克服了各指标单独评价时产生的矛盾。

Selection of Flammable Inhibitor Based on Grey Associative Analysis

In view of various flammable inhibitors and experiments,the article puts forward the orthogonal experiment scheme.For the problems of more evaluation indexes and more influence factors of the flame inhibitive modifying effect,the article introduces the grey associative analysis method to calculate the proportions of various indexes occupying in the evaluation of modifying effect. The experimental result makes clear that the combination of the orthogonal experiment with the grey associative analysis can define the factors to influence the primary and secondary sequences,and the optimized scheme,which provide the theoretical basis for comprehensively evaluating the technical performance of flame inhibitive modified bitumen and overcoming the contradiction causing in the single evaluation of each index.
