Superficial Analysis of Factors Influencing Smoothness of Freeway Asphalt Pavement

Requirements for smoothness of high-type highway pavement are higher.By practice of construction of Tieling Section on Tie-Si Freeway,the paper analyses six factors affecting the smoothness of asphalt pavement,namely design of mixture,spreading of datum level,rolling etc.,which offer reference for instructing the pavement construction to ensure smoothness of pavement.
