| 摘 要： | 不停输带压开孔封堵技术共有5个关键施工环节:施工前准备、焊接球型管件或对开三通、管线开孔截断、管线不停输封堵和下塞堵(回填).关键作业设备为:开孔钻机、封堵钻机、下堵器.该项技术近年来在国内多家油气田长输管道维修、改造中得到较大范围推广和应用.多次现场工程应用证明:该项技术实用效果良好、适用管径范围广、施工受场所限制小、施工周期短、不动火切割、安全风险小、成本低,有着良好的发展前景.
