| 摘 要： | 在满足客户需求成为企业竞争永恒主题下,研究供应链中的敏捷物流系统构建问题.从生产主导型、服务主导型和区域物流联盟型敏捷物流系统3种运作模式,对敏捷系统运行方式进行研究,并指出快速反应(QR)、延迟策略和有效客户反应(ECR)是实现敏捷物流系统的关键策略.对敏捷物流系统的设计和管理者、对第三方物流企业提供现实的指导意义.
