| 摘 要： | 作为一个系统,城乡客运一体化受到多种要素的影响,准确地把握这些要素间关系,并找出关键要素,有利于该系统的健康发展.文中分别从政府、企业、出行者以及市场的角度对影响要素进行分析.借助Dematel方法找出各种要素的关系,得出关键要素是法律.

| Abstract: | As a system,there are so many elements influence the integration of urban and rural passenger transportation.Recognizing these relationships exactly and finding out the key elements is good for development of the system.So,the article will analyze all elements from government,enterprise and travelers.And then Dematel model is used to figure out the elements' relationship and the key element law.At last the measurement for integration of urban and rural passenger transportation is proposed. |
