| 摘 要： | 城市道路是城市可持续发展的必要支撑,也是建立和维系城市交通供需平衡、缓解交通拥堵的基础条件。目前,城市道路建设存在前期缺乏科学的建设时序评价及比选,建成后缺少效益评估等问题。文章综合考虑建设项目所在区位条件及设施水平,应用交通区位-节点重要度模型计算建设项目重要度,并采用聚类分析的方法,根据重要度计算结果将建设项目分为重要,次重要和一般重要建设项目集合,最后给出应用案例。
