| 摘 要： | 结合北京市顺义区的交通事故数据，运用数理统计的方法，从时间、空间、成因、车型等方面对北京市顺义区交通事故特征进行了归纳总结。在此基础上，从人、车、路和环境4个方面分析了北京市顺义区交通安全的影响因素并提出对策。分析表明：人的因素主要表现为交通安全意识淡薄；车的因素主要表现为机动车车型多样；路的因素主要体现交通设施不全、线形设计存在隐患；环境的因素主要体现在气候、路侧环境和管理等。
