磨削方式对65Mn钢磨削淬硬层及其均匀性的影响

摘    要:采用刚玉砂轮在卧轴矩台平面磨床上对65Mn钢进行了磨削淬硬,研究了磨削方式对65Mn钢磨削淬硬层组织、显微硬度、淬硬层深度及其均匀性的影响.结果表明:磨削方式对磨削淬硬层显微组织及其显微硬度无显著影响,淬硬层完全淬硬区均由细小均匀的针状马氏体、残余奥氏体和少量未溶碳化物组成,淬硬层高硬度值均在760~820HV之间;但随着磨削方式的改变,试件淬硬层深度及其均匀性相应改变.采用逆磨+顺磨或顺磨+逆磨+顺磨不仅可以增加磨削淬硬层深度,而且可以提高磨削淬硬层深度的均匀性.
