柴油机配气相位的优化设计

摘    要:利用AVL-BOOST软件进行了配气相位对发动机性能影响的仿真分析,依次把排气提前角和进气晚关角作为优化自变量,以燃油经济性为目标,对原型发动机的配气相位进行了优化,并通过试验验证了优化结果。

Abstract:Some analysis about the impact of valve timing on engine performance has been conducted with using the AVL BOOST engine simulation code.The exhaust valve opens and intake valve closes varied respectively in the valve timing optimization process to make the minimum fuel consumption, which has been considered as the optimization objective, can be achieved. Then some experiments were conducted by which the result of the optimization has been proved.
