摘    要:研究了氮含量对热镀锌双相钢拉伸性能的影响,用定拉伸试验方法模拟了平整伸长率对热镀锌双相钢屈强比的影响。结果表明:当钢中氮含量为0.0055%时,在拉伸时引起屈服延伸;随平整伸长率增加,热镀锌双相钢屈强比增加,当平整伸长率大于1.0%时,钢的屈强比超过标准0.61的要求。

Abstract:The effect of nitrogen content on tension performance of hot dip galvanized dual phase steels(RDP600) has been investigated.Using scaling tension test method simulated the effect of leveling elongations on yield strength ratio of hot dip galvanized dual phase steels.The results show that the yield strength of steel with 0.005 5% nitrogen content will cause yield extension while drawing.The yield strength ratio of hot dip galvanized dual phase steels will increase with increasing of leveling elongations.When the leveling elongation of steel is over 1.0%,its yield strength ratio is beyond the standard 0.61 requirement.
