摘    要:本文根据城市道路网饱和或过饱和流量状态时的交通特点及出行者在同 一起、终点间的多条路线上要进行路线选择的出行行为,在网络平衡分 析的基础上建立起了饱和或过饱和流量道路网的优化设计模型,从而为 路网能力的规划决策提供手段和依据。

Abstract:The characteristics of the urban street networks on saturation or over-saturation are analyzed and the travelers' trip behaviour of selecting paths among the many paths connecting each O-D are simulated. From these, the optimization design model for such street networks is developed by the equilibrium analysis for the network. The model can be applied not only to make the decisions improving the capacity of links in a network but also to assist to decide the capital investment for improving the network and make the feasibility study of improving street networks, etc.
