| 摘 要： | 本文用纤维胃镜、纤维结肠镜和病理学的检查方法,观察了106例慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎或/和慢性胃炎的患者,发现两者有密切关系。在106例慢性溃疡性结肠炎中伴有慢性胃炎者71例,占总例数的67%;且其病程较仅见有慢性胃炎者长(P<0.05)。出现与两处病变相符合的临床症状率仅为36.6%,说明慢性溃疡性结肠炎虽然伴有慢性胃炎,但未必都出现相应的临床症状。

| Abstract: | A hundred and six cases of chronicnon-specific ulcerative colitis(UC)and/orchronic gastritis were studied by fibroga-stroscopy,fibrocoliscopy and pathologicexamination.A close relationship was foundbetween the two diseases in the 106 cases.Chronic ulcerative colitis coexisted withchronic gastritis in 71 out of the cases(67%),and the course lasted longer thanthat of chronic gastritis or UC alone(P<0.05).The rate of the clinical symptomsof the two diseases appearing simultaneous-ly was under 36.6%.This indicates thatalthough UC coexisted with chronic gastritisits clinical corresponding symptoms mightnot appear |
