| 摘 要： | 2008年初的冰雪灾害对广铁集团的铁路运输造成了严重影响，介绍了铁路系统抗击灾害的应对措施，分析了战时电气化铁路可能遭受的破坏及其后果，提出了应急、应战条件下保障电气化铁路畅通的若干对策和建议，为平时电气化铁路建设贯彻国防要求和实现战时或灾害条件下电气化铁路的保障有力提供了理论参考。

| Abstract: | Since the ice and snow disaster which happened in early 2008 seriously affected the normal operation of the Guangzhou Railway Group,this paper introduces the counter-measures the railway system took to resist the disaster,analyses the damage and consequences the electrified railway may suffer in wartime and in emergency,and proposes some counter-measures and suggestions that help guarantee the smooth operation of the electrified railway in wartime and in emergency,with theoretical reference for implementing... |
