摘    要:介绍了沪杭高铁松江特大桥0~ 320#墩底座板施工单元的划分设计原则、划分方法和底座板纵向连接的方法,解决了长桥上CRTSⅡ型板式轨道底座板无法一次施工完成的问题.通过合理划分底座板施工单元再进行施工,解决了大面积、连续施工的问题,同时提高了施工效率,优化了资源,在张拉的选择上也符合温度应力扩张规律,满足了应用要求.

Abstract:The paper introduces the design principle construction unit classification, method and base plate longitudinal connection method of Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway in Songjiang extra-large bridge of 0 - 320# pier base, and solves the inability of the base plate long bridge CRTS II type slab track construction to be completed at a time. Through rational division of the base plate construction unit, the problems of large area the continuous construction is solved, at the same time, the construction efficiency is improved, the resources optimized. And the choice of tensioning also conforms to the expansion law of temperature stress and satisfies meet the application requirements.
