盾构机分体始发施工技术

摘    要:目前我国城市内地铁隧道、水工隧洞施工已普遍使用盾构法,北京市南水北调配套工程东干渠输水隧洞即采用盾构法施工.盾构机为ZTE6250土压平衡盾构机,盾构机及后备套台车总长约为76 m,而盾构始发井长度仅为48 m,因此需要对设备进行改造,使之具备在短竖井内分体始发的功能.在分体始发方案比选及设备改造方面进行详细阐述.另外,分体始发意义在于即减少了盾构始发井的规模,降低工程造价,又减少征地需求,节约大量投资,有明显的社会效益和经济效益.

Abstract:At present, shield method is commonly used in the construction of subway tunnels and hydraulic tunnels in cit- ies in the country; the water conveyance tunnel of the east main canal of the auxiliary project of Beijing' s South-to-North Water Diversion Project employs shield method in its construction. The shield machine is the style of ZTE6250 EPB. The shield, shield and backup sets trolley total length of about 76 m, while the Shield Launching Shaft length is only 48 m; therefore, equipment needs to be transformed into the in short shafts with split function originating. The paper elaborates the split scheme selection and equipment upgrades. In addition, the significance of the split originating wells lies in its ability to reduce the size of the shield, construction costs, land requirements, and saves substantial investment. ,which generates obvious social and economic benefits.
