| 摘 要： | 企业的信息化建设和管理信息系统（MIS）的开发，是计算机发展的一个重要领域，也是企业提升管理水平的一个重要手段。本文从企业的组织结构入手，介绍了企业信息化的特点和企业内各种不同层次人员的信息需求，分析了几种MIS开发的不同模式和在建设过程中存在的一些问题。重点分析了铁路编组站综合集成自动化系统（CIPS）的特点，并认为这是未来编组站信息化建设的趋势。

| Abstract: | Construction of enterprise information system and development of enterprise management information system(MIS)is an important area of computer development and an important means for enterprise to upgrade its management level.The paper,starting from organization structure of enterprise, introduces characteristics of enterprise informatization and the demands of people at different levels within an enterprise for information,analyzes different modes of developing MIS and problems encountered in the process of the construction with stress on the characteristics of computer integrated process system(CIPS),and holds that it will be the developing trend of marshaling yard information system. |
