| Abstract: | The cooperative game model for the mergers and acquisitions between private construction enterprises and state-owned construction enterprises was established in China's construction industry,the characteristics and interests of players in the game and the cooperative game model were analyzed.A brief analysis for some M & A cases between private construction enterprises and state-owned construction enterprises was carried out. |
