测力平台工作台结构优化

摘    要:介绍了一种生的力学和工业用三向测力平台工作台结构优化设计的方法。这种方法,以动态和静态测量精度为优化目标,用有限元分析和计算各个结构参数。结果表明,合理减薄工作台顶板的厚度及筋板厚度,适当增加筋板高度,合理布置筋板位置,可减小工作台1/2的质量,提高工作台的刚度,从面蛄向测力平台的各向自振频率提高到√2倍,动态力幅值测量误差减少50%,提高了线性度,减小了横向干扰,达到了优化测力平台工作台结构设计

Abstract:This paper introduces an optimal method of the working table of multicompenent measuring platform for biomechanics and industry.Taking measuring accuracy for the optunal goal , it analyzes and calculates the structural parameters of the working table with finite element methed.Results show that the top and rein forced rib of the working table being thinned reasonably,the highness ofr the rib increased ,the ribs fixed in position,not ouly the mass of the working table decraseed by a half,but aiso the rigidity improved.So that,the natural frequency of measuring platform can be increased by 40%,the measuring accuracy of relative amplitude by 50%and the linearity improved, the crasetalk decreased,It attains the goal of optimal working table .The optimal method can be extended to various measuring platform.
