摘    要:分析了目前国内广泛使用的全自动前照灯检验仪的检测原理,剖析了该检验仪的固有缺陷。论述了基于图像处理技术的新型前照灯检验仪的检测原理、组成、自动控制原理和处理分析方法。该检测仪能够解决汽车前照灯近光光轴方向的全自动检测问题,其检测精度高、速度快。列举了上海桑塔纳轿车左前照灯远、近光图像特征点

Abstract:The inspection principle and inherent defect of the full automatic headlamp tester widely used now in our country are analyzed.The inspection principle,construction,automatic control principle,processing and analysis method of the new headlamp tester based on the image processing technology are described.The tester can be used for the automatic inspection in the direction of low beam light axis of the automotive headlamp with higher accuracy and fast speed.The search examples of the image character points of the high and low beam of left headlamp in Shanghai Santana Car are listed in the paper.
