基于有限元法的曲轴结构分析及优化

摘    要:以东风康明斯某曲轴为例,在Pro/E中进行了三维实体建模;使用通用有限元分析与优化软件HyperWorks分析了原材料及两种新材料不带平衡块曲轴单拐模型的位移场和应力场,校核了曲轴在交变载荷作用下的疲劳强度,并对曲轴模型进行了设计优化。为新材料曲轴的设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Taking one of the Cummins crankshafts for example,a 3-dimentional solid model of onecrutch crankshaft is created by means of Pro/E. The displacement and stress fields of crankshaft of three different kinds of material are calculated. The fatigue strength of the crankshaft under the alternative loads is analyzed using the general CAE software HyperWorks. The structure of crankshaft is also optimized with one of the module of the HyperWorks OptiStruct.
