浅谈世博兆丰路停车场突遇大客流的应急处理模式

世博兆丰路临时停车场主要用于在世博内部停车场饱和的情况下,作为长三角外省市前来世博园区组织参观的旅游大巴和专线巴士的临时蓄车场地,同时承担园区内部停车场在突发紧急事件情况下车辆的临时紧急转场接待任务。在总结国内各城市交通应急经验及世博兆丰路临时停车场成功运营的基础上,该文针对大型地面停车场如何系统地处理突发事件,尤其是突遇紧急大客流情况的处理进行了初步的研究和探讨。

Elementary Discussion on Emergency Treatment Mode of Large Number of Customers Suddenly Occurred in Zhaofeng Road Parking Lot of Expo

The temporary parking lot in Zhaofeng Road of Expo is mainly used in the saturated situation of the parking lots within Expo,is taken as the temporary vehicle storage field of the touring buses and the shuttle buses organized to visit Expo from the provinces and cities in Yangtze River Delta,and at the same time is charged with the reception work of temporarily emergently transferring the vehicles under the condition of bursting out the emergent cases in the inner parking lots of Expo.On the basis of summarizing the emergency experience of traffic in various cities of China and the successful operation of temporary parking lot in Zhaofeng Road of Expo,the article elementarily studies and discusses how to systematically treat the emergent cases of the large-sized ground parking lots and especially treat the large number of customers suddenly occurred.
