摘    要:提出了一种系杆拱桥吊杆索力张拉值的计算方法,使吊杆经一次张拉后索力就可达到目标值.分析时分两步计算:根据终张拉前需上调的线形来确定张拉的目标值;然后采用有限元法对整个吊杆终张拉过程进行模拟,根据给定的张拉顺序和索力目标值经过多次迭代反算其张拉值.按照该张拉值和张拉顺序一次性张拉完成后,全桥各吊杆索力实测值与目标值相吻合,线形也与设计值接近.该方法和思路也可以应用于其他拱桥和斜拉桥.

Abstract:For the final hanger tension of tied-arch bridges with steel box girder, it is usually after several adjustments to make the forces in hangers coincide with the target. In view of those circumstances, a method was proposed to calculate the tension forces, and the forces in hangers could approach the target value after once tension, the tension forces were determined after the analysis of the following two steps: firstly, the target forces of the hangers were calculated in accordance with the upward adjusted alignment before the final tension; secondly, with the whole procedure of the final tension simulated, the tension forces were ascertained after several iterative based on the given tension order and the calculation results of the first step. After the hangers were tensioned once according to the calculated tension forces and the given order, the measured forces in hangers of this bridge coincided with the target and the alignment approached to the design value. The method and ideas of this article can also be applied to other arch bridges and cable-stayed bridges.
