牵引车辆和刚性杆挂车间机械连接装置强度测试与评价研究

摘    要:本文主要介绍了研究牵引车辆和刚性杆挂车机械连接装置强度试验的目的和意义,通过本项目的研究,确定了机械连接装置强度试验的适用范围,提出了机械连接装置强度试验的试验要求,分别给出了中置轴挂车列车和中置轴车辆运输列车中牵引车辆与刚性杆挂车间机械连接装置Dc值和V值的确定方法,研究制定了机械连接装置静态强度试验和动态强度试验的方法,并根据静态试验和动态试验提出了机械连接装置强度试验的判定要求。

Abstract:The paper mainly describes the background and significance of researching the strength test methods and technical requirements.The paper researches and confirms the scope of mechanical connection devices strength test,puts forward technical requirements of mechanical connection devices,confirms the methods that how to define the Dc-value and V-value of the mechanical connection devices between center-axle trailer combination or center-axle train of car carrier,researches the methods that how to carry out the static test and dynamic test,and this paper also puts forward the qualification determination of the mechanical connection devices static test and dynamic test.
