摘    要:11万吨级大型油船通常在船坞建造,若在8万吨级斜船台建造,则存在搭载困难及下水时的安全隐患问题.针对这些问题,通过模拟建造流程、剖析制约因素、受力计算分析、制作改进辅助工装、制定合理工艺措施,实现一艘11万吨级大型油船在8万吨级斜船台顺利搭载及安全下水,证明在8万吨级斜船台建造11万吨级船舶所采取的措施是行之有效的.

Solution to Berth Loading and Launch Safety Problems of 111000 t Oil Tanker

Abstract:Large oil tankers with 110000 t class are usually built in docks.If they are built on 80000 t class sloping berths,there exist problems of difficult loading and potential safety risks for launching.Aiming at the problems,by simulating the construction process,analyzing the restrictive factors,calculating and analyzing the stress,making and improving auxiliary tooling as well as formulating reasonable technological measures,the smooth loading and safe launch of an large oil tanker with 110000 t class on the 80000 t class sloping berth are realized.It is proved that the measures for the building of 110000 t class oil tanker on 80000 t class sloping berth are effective.
