摘    要:设计一种利用海水淡化的生成物浓缩海水作为电解海水的原料,通过隔膜电解海水生成强氧化性溶液和强碱性溶液,利用强氧化性溶液与船舶废气中的SOX进行反应,强碱性溶液与船舶废气的NOX进行反应,从而达到废气的脱硫脱硝.为此,设计一套完整的基于电解海水的脱硫脱硝方案,将强氧化性溶液与强碱性溶液通过喷淋雾化的形式喷射出来,与船舶废...

Abstract:A kind of concentrated seawater using seawater desalination products is designed as a raw material for electrolyzing seawater.The seawater is electrolyzed by a diaphragm to generate strong oxidizing solution and strong alkaline solution.The strong oxidizing solution is used to react with the SOX in ship exhaust gas and the strong alkaline solution reacts with the NOX in ship exhaust gas,which is to achieve desulfurization and denitrification of the exhaust gas.For it,a complete set of desulfurization and denitrification scheme based on electrolyzed seawater is designed,in which strong oxidizing solutions and strong alkaline solutions are sprayed out by spray atomization to react with ship exhaust gas in order to achieve the purpose of exhaust desulfurization and denitrification.
