某车型车内气味溯源研究

摘    要:在常规的气味主观评价之外,采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对某款车型气味进行溯源分析,并将主观气味评价和全谱分析方法结合,通过将主观感知与客观数据对比分析,按照全谱测试中的物质特性进行分析,初步筛选气味的风险物质。依据零部件与整车气味匹配度,识别出有气味问题的零部件。分析结果表明影响该款车型整车气味关键零件是座椅和门板,而影响两种零部件的主要材料是包覆皮革。通过对同一厂家溶剂型皮和水性皮,以及不同厂家水性皮气味的对比分析,选择了合适的水性皮。配合其他零件的部分改善,最终将整车气味等级提高至标准要求。

Abstract:In conventional smell of subjective evaluation,the paper used gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GCMS)of traceability analysis.Through the subjective perception and objective data analysis,and the analysis of the material characteristics in accordance with the full spectrum test,the risk of odor substances was preliminary screened.Parts ware identified with odor problems according to the odor matching degree between parts and the vehicle.Analysis results show that the key parts affecting the vehicle smell ware seats and door trim,and the main material affecting the parts was the coated leather.The suitable water-based leather was selected through the comparative analysis of solvent based leather and waterbased leather from the same manufacturer,as well as the odor of water-based leather from different manufacturers.Cooperate with the odor improvement of other parts,the odor level of the vehicle was improved to the standard requirements.
