单线隧道24 m仰拱栈桥施工技术研究

摘    要:为了加快单线隧道施工进度,并确定24 m自行式液压栈桥施工流程和工艺,通过对24 m栈桥仰拱施工一次性浇筑、一次性浇筑24 m并加防裂网片、分区段12 m同步施工,3种施工方案进行分析,发现一次性浇筑及增加防裂筋施工工艺会出现仰拱断面开裂,分区段12 m同步浇筑既保证仰拱断面无裂纹,也加快了施工进度。文中同时提出多工作面施工理念,合理加快施工进度;通过微创微改在配套的矮边墙模板上焊接定位卡、堵头板采用钢木混合安装,反坡排水;安装移动水箱和预留水沟槽等工艺。

Abstract:In order to speed up the single line tunnel construction progress,and determine the construction process and technology of 24 meters self-traveling hydraulic pier,three construction schemes are analyzed,including one-time pouring of the inverted arch of 24 m trestle,one-time pouring of 24 m with anti-crack mesh,and synchronous construction of 12 m section.The results show that the construction technology of one-time casting or adding anti-crack reinforcement will result in the cracking of the inverted arch section,while the construction technology of synchronous construction of 12 m section not only ensure the inverted arch section no crack,but also speed up the construction progress.Meanwhile,the multiface construction concept is put forward to speed up construction reasonably.Through minimal invasion and micromodification,the positioning card and plug plate are welded on the supporting low sidewall formwork and installed with a mixture of steel and wood.The moving water tank and reserved water groove are installed on the reverse slope drainage.
