| 摘 要： | 电控汽车不能起动运转的故障。是指发动机能转动即机械系统和起动电机良好，但不能正常燃烧运转。以美国通用汽车公司生产的Ｌｕｍｉｎａ ＡＰＶ汽车为例，运用５个诊断程序框图，对发动机不能起动故障的诊断过程和方法进行了详尽的介绍。
