上汽自主品牌汽车国际市场营销战略研究

摘    要:在上汽自主品牌的发展规划中,国际化是其发展重点。文章运用SWOT分析法,剖析上汽自主品牌汽车开发国际市场的内在优势和劣势以及外部环境所带来的机遇和威胁,并利用SWOT战略分析矩阵提出了上汽开展国际市场营销的战略和策略,并以此为基础探讨了其国际市场营销的战略框架图。

Abstract:Internationalization is the main point in the development plan of SAIC independent - brand automotives. SWOT is used in the article to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportuni- ties and threats of SAIC independent - brand automotives developing international market. Using SWOT strategic analysis matrix, the strategy and policy of SAIC for deploying international marketing axe raised. In the end, its international marketing strategy frame is discussed based on it.
