汽车工业供应物流配送中心选址研究

为了提高物流服务水平和降低物流成本，汽车公司与物流服务商一道不断优化供应网络结构，调整物流配送中心的位置和数量，不但要考虑物流网络运行费用，还要考虑物流中心发展环境的可接受性，包括社会政策的稳定性、交通的便利性以及经济上的合理性，是一个两阶段的寻优决策过程。基于一汽-大众公司东北地区入厂物流中心的选址问题，首先使用欧几里德选址模型确定配送中心的地理位置，在最优位置区域寻找备选对象，然后建立评价指标体系，利用AHP（层次分析法）与模糊评价法对该地域的备选位置进行评价，最后对备选位置的可接受性做出判断，为物流网络的中、长期决策提供了科学方法。
