| 摘 要： | 爱河流域有丰富的水能资源,水能蕴藏量25万kW,目前开发利用程度低,急待进一步开发。拟建水电站工程等别的准确确定对工程投资、库区淹没、经济效益都会产生决定性的影响。该文首先阐述了爱河流域水能开发的现状及其规划目标,接着分析了水能开发上存在的问题,最后提出了水电站工程等别确定的若干依据。
