| 摘 要： | 根据ASN．1格式的特性，结合GSM—R话单系统的特点，提出了一种新的话单解码算法设计文件，同时根据实际需要，设计了兼容所有属性的数据库，为铁路通信系统完整信息的保存提供了技术基础。
