| 摘 要： | 博斯普鲁斯海峡是世界上最危险和最繁忙的航道之一,在地理政治学上、战略上和经济上具有重要意义。博斯普鲁斯海峡的海上事故取决于很多因素,包括特殊的地理条件、海洋和天气条件下可见性缺乏、人为错误(领航)、技术无效性,以及海峡交通密度等。通过使用往年的数据对海上事故原因进行研究和分析。

| Abstract: | Bosporus(the Strait of Istanbul) links the Black Sea to the Sea of Marmara,is one of the most dangerous and busiest waterways in the world and has geopolitical,strategic and economic importance.Maritime casualties through Bosporus depends on many factors such as special geographical condition,lack of visibility sea and weather condition,human errors(the pilotage),technical unavailability,and ship traffic density etc.This paper investigates and analyses the maritime casualties reason by using the data of past years. |
