混合变参数振动钻削纤维增强复合材料的研究

摘    要:根据纤维增强复合材料钻削分层临界力及钻削轴向力的理论模型,提出了混合变参数振动钻削纤维增强复合材料的新工艺,并给出了该工艺的实现方法。对碳纤维增强复合材料和玻璃纤维增强复合材料进行了验证试验。根据钻削过程中不同阶段分层临界力的变化情况,实时地改变钻削参数和振动参数,在保证不出现钻削分层的前提下取得最佳的孔加工质量和生产效率,试验结果与理论分析吻合。

Abstract:Based on critical force to laminate of drilling for fiber enhanced composite material and axial drilling force theory model,the new hybrid parameter variable vibrating drilling process for fiber enhanced composite material as well as its realization is presented.Experimental verification for carbon fiber enhanced composite and fiberglass enhanced composite have been done.Based on change of critical force to laminate in different phases during drilling,with drilling parameters and vibrating parameters adjusted in real time,the optimal drilling quality and production efficiency have been obtained on the premise that no drilling lamination occurs.Test result is in accord with theoretical analysis.
