电动助力转向系统转矩传感器故障自诊断的研究

摘    要:根据转矩传感器故障自诊断原理,利用信号比较设定法,设计了一套基于转向柱式电动助力转向系统(EPS)的转矩传感器的故障自诊断系统,包括转矩传感器故障自诊断思路分析、信号采集、故障辨识、故障代码的显示控制、故障自诊断程序的设计以及系统发生故障时采取的安全防范措施。特别是针对偶尔的噪声和振动可能影响信号的采集和辨识方面,提出了独特处理方法,减少了系统对故障的误判。

Abstract:In terms of the failure self-diagnosis principle of torque sensors,with the signal comparison setting method,a failure self-diagnosis system of torque sensors for the steering column type electric power steering systems (EPS)is designed,which includes thought analysis of failure self-diagnosis of torque sensors,signal acquisition,failure identification,failure codes display control,design of failure self-diagnosis programs,and safeguards to be taken when the failure occurs.Specially,a special treatment method for the occasional noise and vibration that can influence the signal acquisition and identification is presented to reduce erroneous judgments on failures.
