车用柴油机技术状态数据实时采集系统设计

摘    要:基于ARM10嵌入式主板,采用传感器、信号调理模块、PC104采集板设计了车用柴油机技术状态数据的采集和处理系统.通过标定试验,证明该系统精度为1%,能够满足实时采集的要求.通过实车应用试验实现了车用柴油机技术状态监测,为车用柴油机视情维修提供了技术手段.

Abstract:Based on the ARM10 embedded motherboard,the acquisition and treatment system of state data for diesel engine was designed with the sensors,signal conditioning modules and PC104 acquisition board.The calibration tests prove that the accuracy of the system was 1% and the system could meet the real-time acquisition requirement.The technology state monitoring of diesel engine could be realized by applying the system to real vehicle,which provided technology means for diesel engine CBM.
