摘    要:在分析半刚性基层材料冲刷机理的基础上,提出了采用MTS试验平台加载方式评价水泥稳定碎石材料的抗冲刷性能,并采用此方法对PP(聚丙烯)纤维增强水泥稳定碎石材料的抗冲刷性能进行了研究。结果表明,14 d养护龄期的试件20 min内冲刷速率能对水泥稳定碎石材料的抗冲刷性进行合理的评价;合理掺量的PP纤维能显著提高水泥稳定碎石材料的抗冲刷性能。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of erosion mechanism of semi-rigid base material,the loading platform of MTS is proposed to evaluate the anti-erosion performance of cement-stabilized macadam base material.This method is also applied to the anti-erosion performance study of polypropylene fiber strengthened cement-stabilized macadam.The results show that the eroding rate in 20 minutes of 14-day curing cement-stabilized macadam material specimens can be used to evaluate the anti-erosion performance of cement-stabilized macadam material reasonably;appropriate volume of polypropylene fiber mixed into cement-stabilized macadam material can improve its anti-erosion performance significantly.
