| Abstract: | The emergency arrangement table is a plan that protects the safety of ship and staff under dangerous situation.It is significant in ensuring safety of navigation and ocean clean.The article introduces the regulations in international convention and domestic law on this table and discusses the rules to fill the table.It also analyzes the relationship between this table and ship safety.Tha corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are provided in the end in order to solve the common defects found in this table. |
