法兰连接螺栓疲劳分析方法的探讨

摘    要:以华电重工在澳大利亚昆士兰州的一个项目中的一台桥式刮板取料机料耙连接为实例,详细讨论法兰连接中螺栓的疲劳计算的各种算法.通过比较澳洲钢结构规范AS4100中对螺栓疲劳等级的界定和我国机械设计手册中对螺栓疲劳的计算,得到清晰的螺栓疲劳计算思路,并了解两种规范中螺栓疲劳计算的差异,以便在实际设计分析中能快速准确地确定相关参数.

Abstract:By a case study on a rake connection in a gantry scraper reclaimer provided by HHI for a project in Queensland, Australia, this paper discusses the divers fatigue calculation methods to the bolts in flange connection. By comparing AS standard AS4100 with Chinese mechanical design handbook about bolt fatigue calculations, this paper gets a clear idea to calculate the bolt fatigue and points out the differences between the two standards in both fatigue calculation so that the preliminary parameters in actual design analysis can be determined soon and accurately.
