| Abstract: | The world has already entered a new ocean era and the ocean presents new meanings to humankind,which is no longer just an obstacle but a survival space.While facing new complexion of keen competition,more utilization of ocean and its resources is the key to achiving the commanding elevation of development,so,strengthening the marine economics education goes with the urgent requirements of new ocean era. |
