叠加封口式活塞环在柴油机上的应用研究

针对目前常用活塞环在使用过程中存在的问题,设计了一种叠加封口式活塞环,它由上下两片楔形的单片环组合成一组气环。分析了新型活塞环提高气缸密封性能的机理,通过对单缸和整机柴油机性能对比试验证明,该活塞环具有降低燃油消耗和机油消耗、提高活塞环寿命、降低排放的特点,对提高柴油机的综合性能作用明显。

Application Research on Overlap-sealed Piston Ring in Diesel Engine

For solving the existing problems of common piston ring,the overlap-sealed piston ring was designed.The overlap-sealed piston ring was made up of upper and lower wedge-shaped single rings.The principle that the new type piston ring improved the cylinder sealing performance was analyzed,and the sealing performance of the ring was tested in the single cylinder diesel engine and the complete diesel engine.The results showed that the piston ring was helpful to reduce fuel consumption and oil consumption,prolong the life time of piston ring,reduce the engine emission and improve the comprehensive performance of diesel engine effectively.
