我国汽车工业发展中的石油能源问题

由于我国原油储量、产量不足,需要通过进口补充,同时又要防止增量太大,外汇难以承受,因此必须贯彻国家建设节约型社会政策。商用车节约燃油主要靠柴油机化和生产多吨位级产品来实现;轿车应提倡轻量化和引导家庭购用中档及微型车。轿车只能进入不足10%的少数人家庭,因此应重点搞好供多数群众出行的客车的生产。通过对石油供应前景、世界及国内现状的综合分析,认为可抱审慎乐观态度。近期国产及国际采购的原油量,期望为每年3亿t至3!5亿t,此可作为规划汽车业近期发展的参考数据。

Analysis of petroleum supply and Chinese auto industry development

Because of the shortage of petroleum supply,it is quite necessary to economize its consumption.For commercial vehicles,to install diesel instead of petrol engines and to produce vehicles with more tonnage grades can save fuels.And for private cars,medium or mini cars are better choices compared to luxury cars.Limited by petroleum supply,only small percentage of Chinese families may own their private cars.The majority of population will depend on buses and taxis.Therefore the Chinese auto industry shall pay more attention to produce good buses.This paper expected that the annual consumption of petroleum in the near future,could be about 300 to 350 million tons.
