摘    要:介绍成都铁路局通过调查研究,掌握保价理赔现状;完善各项制度,细化实施方案;合理划分责任,做到"主动承则、主动提供、主动告知";简化理赔手续,压缩"赔付时间、压缩结案时间、压缩划款时间";建立绿色通道,服务重点客户等措施优化理赔程序、压缩赔付时间、提高理赔质量的探索和实践。
