A Study on the System Reform of National Enterprises |

| Abstract: | The paper focuses on the system construction of group companies in the course of system reform of large and medium national enterprises.Three modes concerning the construction of group company management system are discussed. Detailed operation methods and effective control forms in the construction of multi element investment liability companies Ltd are presented. |
